K2 Cocky Ignites 2026 with Explosive Mixtape “Spiced Up… (With Balloons)”

Hudson Valley, New York’s controversial LGBTQ rapper and rocker K2 Cocky has kicked off 2026 with the release of his latest mixtape project, “Spiced Up… (With Balloons).” The bold new release blends raw hip-hop energy with rock and nu-metal influences, showcasing the artist’s unfiltered creativity and fearless approach to music.

The 23-minute project opens with its most provocative moment — “Rob Jay-Z,” a scathing and highly graphic diss track aimed at the Carter family. Despite the track’s intensity, K2 Cocky has openly admitted that he remains a huge fan of both Jay-Z and Beyoncé. The mixtape continues with a diverse sonic palette, including the seething nu-metal ballad “A Place in the Dark” and five additional trap-driven cloud-rap tracks that push the project’s rebellious tone forward.

A deluxe edition of the mixtape expands the experience to over 40 minutes and is available through ElasticStage, where fans can also purchase limited physical CD and vinyl pressings capped at just 500 copies, making the release a collectible for dedicated supporters.

Now signed to Screech Owl Entertainment, K2 Cocky shows no signs of slowing down. The prolific artist has built a reputation for relentless output, famously releasing 47 mixtapes between 2017 and 2020 across platforms like Bandcamp and Audiomack. That productivity helped him cultivate a devoted international underground following drawn to his unapologetic style and genre-blending sound.

With “Spiced Up… (With Balloons)”, K2 Cocky continues to challenge expectations while staying true to his independent spirit. As the artist pushes forward with his monthly release schedule, his latest project signals that the underground disruptor is ready to shake up the industry once again.

Fans can follow K2 Cocky on Instagram and stream the new mixtape now on Spotify.
